Martnas Aquavit - No.1 2007
Martnas Aquavit is intended to preserve the history of production, transportation and trade of agricultural products native to the areas of Hedmarken and Røros, located in the eastern part of Norway. For more than 150 years this trade has had its peak during the annual market "Rørosmartnan". The original Martnas Aquavit launched in 2007 and every year, at the opening of "Rørosmartnan", we release a limited number of bottles with a unique design. 100 bottles are each year numbered and sold in an exclusive wooden box.
Martnas Aquavit is distilled entirely from Norwegian ingredients, has a golden colour and spice notes of caraway, fennel, coriander and anise. The bottle contains 50 cl and has 40% alcohol by volume. Martnas Aquavit is a very popular collectible, so beware of imitations.

Røros Aquavit
Røros Aquavit is distilled and bottled in honour of one of Norway's most interesting towns; Røros. Its label shows an original painting by Johs Torbjørn Rudrud, painted exclusively for Røros Aquavit. The aquavit is made entirely from Norwegian ingredients and is aged for 12 months in young sherry-casks which, having been emptied in Jerez - Spain, are immediately put to use for ageing the aquavit. The bottle contains 70 cl and has 40% alcohol by volume.
Røros Aquavit has a golden colour, a complex fragrance of traditional aquavit spices and a nicely rounded taste. The aquavit is nicely suited to traditional Norwegian foods.
Bergstadens Juleaquavit
Vømmel & Dram maintains the 150 year old tradition where Norwegians from the region of Hedemarken produce spirits for the mining town of Røros. Bergstadens Juleaquavit is a traditional Norwegian aquavit with a golden colour and taste and fragrance of caraway, anise, coriander, fennel, star-anise, and citrus.
Bergstadens juleaquavit, like Røros Aquavit, is aged for 12 months in sherry kegs from Jerez - Spain, but has a more distinct taste of spices compared to our other products. Bergstadens Juleaquavit is perfect combined with traditional Norwegian Christmas-food.
